Scripture and history: the adventure starts here.
Godventures · Biblical & World History Homeschool Curriculum · by Solomon Reed
Each day begins with one event from the Bible and sets it beside the history of the ancient world around it. Your student then works through ten subjects built from that day's reading.
Ten subjects, one reading
Every day follows the same order, so your student always knows what comes next. Each subject is built from that day's Bible reading and its place in world history.
- Bible
- History
- Geography
- Vocabulary
- Spelling
- Math
- Science
- English
- Writing
- Philosophy
Two levels
Ages 13–14 do the core work each day. Ages 15–16 add Advanced Enrichment in at least three subjects a day, chosen by you.
Maps every day
Geography gives three views of the day's places: a labelled reference map, a line map your student completes, and the completed map in the answer key.
A separate answer key
The answers are printed in their own black-and-white answer key, so the student's workbook stays clean.
The year
The full course is planned as 36 weeks and 180 school days, from Creation to the world at the birth of Christ. Week 1 comes first. One student workbook covers one week.
